Background :

In a move to improve science education in India, Gram Tarang Technologies Private Limited (GT Tech) has partnered with Botclub Private Limited to bring advanced science learning solutions to schools across the country. It was announced in the month of April through a media briefing held at Visakhapatnam.

This collaboration is aimed at increasing the level of interactivity and understanding of the scientific concepts among the students. It will also help the teachers to use modern approaches to teach the scientific concepts.

DN Rao, Vice-Chancellor of Centurion University and promoter of Gram Tarang Tech, said the collaboration would support teachers with technology that improves classroom teaching. He stated that Botclub’s smart classroom platform uses digital visual tools and learning analytics to track student progress and improve outcomes.

The first phase of the programme will cover 45 schools over the next three months. This rollout will serve as the starting point for a larger national expansion plan.

Rao said Gram Tarang Technologies was created to build practical solutions for major challenges in India. He added that the company would use the wider network and academic support of Centurion University to scale the project.

Centurion University Chancellor GSN Raju said education should move beyond rote learning and encourage students to think, research, and innovate. He added that when modern technology and better teaching methods work together, they can create stronger learning systems.

K Harshvardhan from Botclub said the startup aims to make science simple, exciting, and accessible for every student. He expressed confidence that the partnership would speed up growth and increase the startup’s reach in the education sector.

The collaboration is being viewed as a strong example of how technology-led classrooms can improve science teaching and learning across Indian schools.
